Adding Value to the Sponsorship Community - Calling all Sponsorship Professionals

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: we’re committed to bringing fresh value to the sponsorship community. We’ve toted our belief that best practice sponsorship is developed from a variety of resources.  We’ve noted in previous blogs that it is to the sponsorship opportunity rep’s benefit to add value to their sponsor whenever possible – without asking more of them.  We decided it’s time for us to walk to the talk.

Many of our nearly 10,000 members on SponsorPark contact us with inquiries about complementary sponsorship resources.  Whether it’s education on sponsorship best practices, or a sponsorship sales agency they might utilize; a vendor who might support their unique activation strategy, or ROI reporting; we’ve heard it all, and we hear it often.  We know we can’t be everything to everyone, and we know there are some great companies / individuals out there that are doing their jobs very well, and we would like to be able to offer great referrals when given the chance.  It helps our clients, and it helps the sponsorship community.  That being the case, we’ve decided to take our “resources” page on SponsorPark a little more seriously. 

So here’s the deal: If you are a professional serving the sponsorship community in some way with your unique services, we would be happy to post your information up on our resources page.  We are NOT charging for this support effort.  What we would need from you is an email stating your interest in being considered for this page (we maintain rights of refusal for various reasons, including services with no clear value to the sponsorship community within the U.S., apparent lack of professionalism, or no established website giving us ability to research your efforts).  If you are approved, we would then collect your logo, brief description, and link to your website.
