Automatic information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us including but not limited to email communication, information from other sources, and through cookies during your interaction on our site. Through the use of “cookies,” which are extremely common in the use of the World Wide Web, we collect certain types of information when your browser accesses SponsorPark. The only personal information you as a sponsorship opportunity provide which the other site members will have access to is your preferred contact information should a member access it with further interest in your sponsorship opportunity. We do not give this information out to those simply visiting the site and browsing opportunities unless they are a registered member, and we do not give your contact information out to other sponsorship opportunity representatives - only registered sponsors who indicate interest in contacting you.

Changing Account Information, or Terminating Membership
You may terminate your membership at any time; it will terminate by default if you simply allow your current package to expire without renewing membership with a new package. If you choose an early termination, you will need to contact us for termination, although to withdraw your membership before package expiration will not allow for any refunds, nor will there be a penalty fee. You agree to allow a reasonable amount of time for SponsorPark to remove your account from public view. Aside from the personal information that we maintain as an archived copy, we will take down your profile from our database, and any other public or searchable information such as a profile or your contact information that you wish to terminate; all of which will be enforced at the completion of your package agreement or sooner if you so choose. The portions from your searchable profile and the contact information that was provided to registered sponsors who might have previously reviewed your profile may have been retained in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy or profiles in these instances.
Please note that we do retain personal information from closed accounts (as an archived copy only, not viewable on the internet) to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our SponsorPark user agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
Links To Other Sites and Use Of Advertisement
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18 in adherence to the children’s online privacy protection act of 1998. For a minor to post any information on SponsorPark, it requires the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. We encourage the parent or legal guardian of the minor to post limited personal information of the minor for their own safety.
