Founded in 1996, Wind Enterprises, Inc., is a corporation committed to the personal and professional development of the business executive and career woman. The company offers one-day leadership development conferences, business weekend retreats on land and at sea, as well as customized leadership development programs for corporations and small businesses, all led by national and international experts who provide women leaders with new tools for self-development and career enhancement. The Possible Woman Leadership Conferences explore proven techniques that help prepare women to take control of their careers, balance work/life issues, become stronger leaders, and make significant contributions to their community.
Wind Enterprises has offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas. A portion of all profits will benefit the Possible Woman Foundation International, a 501(c) (3) organization, founded by Linda Wind in 2001, to award non-traditional academic scholarships to older women in need returning to school and hoping to re-enter the workplace.
With the reputation of offering world-class leadership conferences and events that target Fortune-ranked companies, professional corporate women and women business owners, the Possible Woman Leadership Conferences are quickly becoming the premier women’s leadership conferences in the Southeast. Many corporations send their high potential employees and management personnel to this one-day conference as a cost-effective vehicle for corporate and small business leadership development. Our leadership conferences attract corporate and professional women from all walks of life and provide opportunities for women leaders to connect with women executives from other corporations.
