 | The mission of P.O.P.S is to build character in teens to help them believe and succeed in life. The goal of the POPS program is to motivate diverse, at-risk students to complete their high school education and prepare them for future success. The secondary goal is to reduce specific risk factors through tutoring, counseling, character education, personal development, financial management and workforce development training.
